Hey, I'm Pranav. I'm a Software Engineer 1 at Intuit and a B.S. Artificial Intelligence graduate from Illinois Tech, with a minor in Data Science.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI systems, and product-focused development. I like building AI products that go past the demo stage, especially RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM evaluation tools, trust scoring systems, and backend applications built for real users.
Before Intuit, I worked as an AI Engineer Intern at Tech Mahindra, where I built LLM-powered workflows for knowledge lookup and response drafting using RAG, multi-step agents, guardrailed prompts, and evaluation/monitoring.
Outside of work, I've built projects like TechCareers, LLM Auditor Pro, MedicQuery Pro, PageChat, Agentic AI Chatbot, Chicago Lead Risk, and Oceans-Four DriftCast.

Working on production software systems for Intuit's TurboTax Consumer, Core Tax Services Filing team, contributing across backend services, product workflows, debugging, and scalable software delivery.
Teaching Assistant

AI Engineer Intern
Built LLM-powered workflows for knowledge lookup and response drafting using RAG, multi-step agents, guardrailed prompts, and evaluation/monitoring. Reduced manual support triage by about 70% and cut response time from roughly 45 minutes to under 10 minutes.
